Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We photograph our pieces in natural/neutral light to reflect true color and finish. Because each piece is hand‑finished—and some styles use natural stones/pearls—minor variations in texture, grain, or hue may occur. Screen settings can also affect color. If something isn’t what you expected, please contact us and we’ll help with an exchange or return within our policy.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt is emailed automatically after checkout. You can also find it under My Account > Orders. Checked out as a guest? Use our Order Lookup with your email and order number, or contact us and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?
  • Eligibility: Unworn items in original packaging within [30] days of delivery. For hygiene/custom reasons, [earrings, engraved or custom pieces, final‑sale items] are non‑returnable unless defective.
  • Start a return: Visit our Returns Portal or email us with your order number and reason.
  • Shipping: For domestic returns, we [provide a prepaid label / deduct a flat fee of $10 from your refund]. International returns are [customer-paid].
  • Refund timing: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many of our core styles are restocked regularly. Limited editions or seasonal pieces may not return. Click “Notify Me” on the product page to get an email when your size/style is back, or contact us for an ETA.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to the U.S. and selected international destinations. Available countries, rates, and delivery times are shown at checkout.
